Eliminate Chronic Back Pain
In this highly practical, hands-on workshop for 'Eliminating Back Pain' Aubrey Gowing will identify the Three Most Common Sites for Chronic Back Pain. Assessment of these structures will be followed by target treatment protocols to address dysfunction in these three primary structures that cause the majority of low back pain. This approach can help therapists quickly identify and treat common pain-producing conditions such as SI ligament pain, Iliopsoas dysfunction and Iliolumbar ligament pain. This seminar is specially designed for practicing therapists who wish to dramatically improve treatment outcomes and shorten the route to success with each patient.

Patient-informed Ways to Bust Pervasive Myths About Osteoarthritis and its Management
Osteoarthritis is a major public health problem and uptake of best-practice, multidisciplinary care is poor. Working alongside people with osteoarthritis, we have co-designed educational resources that challenge pervasive myths about osteoarthritis that contradict best-practice recommendations – for example, 'exercise causes wear and tear', and 'the joint is bone-on-bone so surgery is the only solution'. The resources leverage the patient voice to challenge these myths in meaningful, validating, and motivating ways, with the ultimate aim of inspiring people with osteoarthritis and their clinicians to engage with best-practice care for osteoarthritis.
