WELCOME

Dear [%FirstName%],

I’ve recently spent some time, learning about Gratitude and Gratitude Practices, basically, the practice involves allowing yourself some time to stop and take notice of some of the positive things in life. I would encourage all members, to take a minute of your day, to take notice and absorb some of the things we’re grateful for. The COVID-19 resources were designed to support members moving forward and reestablishing your practice, one of the main concern’s members highlighted in the ‘Recovering from the effects of COVID-19’, you can find more information below, as always, tell us what you think! Have a great month and take care of yourselves and each other.

Private Health Fund Reminder

CERTIFIED SPECIALIST OF THE MONTH® SERIES

Karen Cooper

I chose to become a Certified Specialist® as I wanted to be set apart. This is important to me as I care about my patients, and being Certified demonstrates that to them. In a sole business setting it can be easy to become complacent with patient care and maintaining high standards. Certification makes me accountable and therefore shows consumers and GPs that I conduct my business in a truly professional way. Certification gives transparency in our industry and provides evidence that we are highly professional and meet high industry standards. The Certification Mark can be used on marketing material for promotional purposes and helps me to stand out. It helps set guidelines for your business, which are kept updated and current. Massage & Myotherapy Australia have set out guidelines which help make it easier under the Certification standard to manage your practice.
