If a client has joint stiffness or poor range of movement, we can draw on Muscle Energy Technique (MET) for either the myofascia or the joints to reverse these pathologies. During this pre-conference workshop, we will become confident to assess, treat and reassess restrictions in movement throughout the full body with expectations to alleviate the client’s pain, discomfort and movement patterns. Being confident with this technique will give you outcomes that showcases your work! A day of practical work that you can apply in your clinic immediately.
