HCF now issue unique provider numbers
Please be advised that HCF-eligible members have now been issued unique provider numbers. HCF provider numbers for current active clinics are being emailed directly to relevant members. These new provider numbers can also be viewed in the Update Clinic Details page of the Association website member portal.
All HCF rebates will need to include the updated provider number when issuing manual receipts. Healthcare claiming terminals such as HICAPS will not need to be updated with the new HCF numbers as they will already be linked. Going forward, newly activated clinics will be issued a unique HCF provider number, which will be emailed directly to members in a similar manner as ahm, Medibank and Bupa numbers.
