The HICAPS Support Team would like to notify members that they are aware that HCF is currently experiencing technical difficulties which is affecting on-the-spot claiming for HCF members. They're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to return services to normal.
During this time, we advise HCF members to pay providers upfront and submit a claim through HCF directly.
