An opportunity is available for qualified health and wellbeing practitioners to operate their independent practice from an established clinic at Signature Wellbeing, 43 Glenferrie Road, Malvern.
Located in the heart of Malvern, the clinic offers a welcoming and professional environment with convenient access to public transport, nearby parking, cafés and local amenities.
The room and clinic include:
- Professional treatment and consulting environment
- Established Glenferrie Road location
- Comfortable client waiting area
- Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
- Heating and air conditioning
- Internet and utilities included
- Cleaning of communal areas included
- Flexible access without reception or administration fees
- Hydralic and heated massage table
- Built-in desk, shelving, and sink in the room
- Access to a multi-merchant HICAPS terminal available to eligible practitioners, allowing each business to maintain separate transactions and settlement arrangements.
The opportunity would ideally suit an independent:
- Remedial massage therapist or myotherapist
- Acupuncturist or Chinese medicine practitioner
- Naturopath or nutritionist
- Counsellor
- Or other suitably qualified allied-health or natural-therapy practitioner.
Practitioners will operate under their own business name and ABN, manage their own appointments and clients, and retain complete control of their own practice. This is a room-rental arrangement and does not include reception services or guaranteed client referrals.
Job Requirement
Applicants must hold:
- A recognised qualification relevant to their modality
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Any registration, association membership or provider credentials required for their profession
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Regular fixed days will be available from 20th August 2026
- Rent: $500 plus GST per calendar month for one regular day each week, Discounts for multiple days
- Available days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (No Fridays).
