Description:
Join us for this experiential webinar exploring the profound connection between trauma, the body, and the healing power of therapeutic touch. Rooted in the principles of Dynamic Myofascial Mobilization (DMM), this session offers a foundational introduction to working with trauma through body-based practices.
Participants will be guided through essential concepts and practical applications that support trauma resolution by engaging the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for self-regulation. This webinar is designed for bodyworkers, manual therapists, somatic practitioners, and anyone interested in trauma-informed, embodied healing approaches.
Through lecture, guided practice, and discussion, students will learn to:
- Access Right-Brain Implicit Memory
- Apply Relational Movement in Manual Therapy
- Discover how subtle, attuned movements between practitioner and client can support nervous system co-regulation, safety, and deeper therapeutic outcomes in manual therapy sessions.
- Open Conversations Around Touch and Safety
By the end of this webinar, participants will have a deeper understanding of how therapeutic touch, somatic dialogue, and breathwork can be skillfully integrated into trauma-informed bodywork practice. This offering also serves as an introduction to the broader methodology of Dynamic Myofascial Mobilization (DMM) and its applications in trauma healing, please visit www.lionsbreathwellness.com.au for more information.
