Description:
Musculoskeletal pain accounts for the majority of presentations in clinical practice. This practical workshop focuses on the five most common musculoskeletal pain presentations across different regions including neck, low back, shoulder, hip, and knee using a case-study based learning approach.
Through realistic patient scenarios, participants will apply clinical reasoning to identify key impairments, determine treatment priorities, and select appropriate manual therapy interventions.
Participants will be guided through a range of manual therapy techniques for each case presentation, learning how to progress treatment toward patient-specific goals. Manual therapy techniques will include joint mobilisation, PNF, MET, and myofascial techniques. The workshop emphasises integrating hands-on techniques with clinical reasoning to support effective, patient-centred care.
