Description:
This hands-on workshop explores the functional anatomy of the lower leg, ankle and foot, with a strong focus on how these structures behave during real movement. Participants will work on the table to palpate key landmarks and map major muscles using chinagraph pencils, building confidence in identifying structures clinically. From there, we move beyond textbook actions to analyse movement through sport-specific examples, examining how muscles perform under load and during dynamic activity. The session also covers common dysfunctions and injury mechanisms affecting this region, linking assessment findings to practical treatment and rehabilitation strategies you can apply immediately in practice. A practical, movement-based approach designed to strengthen your anatomical understanding and clinical reasoning.
