Earlier this year, Defence Health set out to enhance their members’ experience with the largest technology transformation in Private Health Insurance in Australia.
There are often teething issues when it comes to technology upgrades of this scale. However, the migration to the new platform did not go to plan – creating much more than teething issues. Defence Health acknowledge it has caused unacceptable problems for many providers and members, and they are sorry if you’ve been on the receiving end of client distress.

When reporting an issue, provide screenshots noting date and time. They’ll reply to your query and let you know when there is a resolution.
