NT Katherine lockdown and Robinson River lockout extended / Rockhole lockdown downgraded to a lockout

The Northern Territory Government has announced today that the lockdown in Rockhole in the Municipality of Katherine will be downgraded to a lockout as of 12pm ACST today Thursday 25 November.

It is the Association's understanding that unvaccinated therapeutic massage therapists, remedial massage therapists and myotherapists in the Rockhole area are not permitted to treat while this lockout is in place. Fully-vaccinated therapeutic massage therapists, remedial massage therapists and myotherapists living in the Rockhole area are permitted to treat fully-vaccinated clients during the lockout, with face masks being required to be worn by both therapists and clients. More information on today's update will be available on the Northern Territory Government website later today.

The lockdown for the rest of the Municipality of Katherine will remain in place until Saturday 4 December. Additionally, the lockout in the Robinson River area will remain in place until Wednesday, 1 December. For more information click here.
