NSW Health not permitting treatment of unvaccinated clients

The rules for people who are not fully vaccinated webpage on the NSW Health website states the following:

If you are not fully vaccinated you cannot visit... massage premises.

The Association interprets this to mean that massage therapists, remedial massage therapists and myotherapists are only permitted to treat fully vaccinated clients from today Monday 11 October 2021 until Wednesday 1 December 2021, which is when the roadmap will allow greater freedoms to the unvaccinated. The Association is seeking legal advice surrounding the refusal of treatment to those who are vaccinated or unvaccinated. We will send an update to members when we have a legal response.
