ARHG Alternative Therapy Providers and Private Health Insurance Module
The module has been developed by the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG)*, with specialist input and review from Massage & Myotherapy Australia and other alternative therapy associations.
The purpose of the Alternative therapy providers and private health insurance module is to help providers understand the private health insurance industry and how clients can claim for their services. The module explains the criteria for receiving and maintaining an ARHG provider number, and why the criteria exist. More information can be found on ARHG’s website, and in the module overview.
By completing the Alternative therapy providers and private health insurance module you will:
- Be eligible for 5 CPE points
- Receive a digital credential (in place of a certificate) that can be used on your social media accounts and website, and
- Develop a greater understanding of what you need to do to be/remain accredited by ARHG, allowing your clients to claim benefits for your services.
The module is delivered through ARHG’s online training platform, QualiPHI.
