HCF System Upgrade
Private Health Fund HCF have informed us that they will be performing a major system upgrade at the start of October. As a result of this, clients with HCF will not be able to claim any rebates between the times of 8pm AEST Thursday 1 October and 6am AEST Tuesday 6 October.
Providing you have met membership and Private Health Fund HCF requirements and eligibility, clients with HCF who are treated during this time will be able to hold onto a manual receipt and claim their rebate after the works are complete and the system is back online as normal.
