Joint Associations 2nd of June Update

As we begin to understand how Government plan to ease on restrictions applied throughout COVID-19, as children return to school, some workers make their way back into offices and many of you, our members, begin to consider what a return to practice looks like, or begin extending appointment availability, we would like to take this moment to reflect.

First and foremost we say thank you. Thank you to all of our members for your support and professionalism throughout this time. Thank you for being so patient with us as we worked and continue to work hard to obtain answers to the questions we all want answers to, we thank you for your patience.

We ask that you continue to respect the decisions of your peers, as we all navigate our own way through this pandemic. The decision as to whether or not to provide face-to-face consultations will be that of each individual person and business, taking into account current government advice, your financial situation, client expectations, your own health and best practice measures.

Again, we congratulate you all, our members, for being professional and kind, living up to your Association’s values and code of conduct, and coming together as a community of health care providers to support each other, your clients and your Association. As always, we are here to provide guidance and support for you in your clinical practices as we all move together towards a COVID-Safe Australia.
