The Wellness Project

Last night was the premiere of the Wellness Project, a brand new initiative that Massage & Myotherapy Australia has produced to encourage positivity and wellness in our industry.

Each month the Association will release a new video interviewing industry leaders from Australia and around the globe to promote self-care, mental health awareness, and many more topics designed to help us all change our way of thinking.

Guests in the first Chapter of the Wellness Project are Paul Buffel (Canada), Elicia Crook (Australia), Aubrey Gowing (Ireland), Jeff Shearer (Australia) and Michelle Vassallo (Australia).
