Massage & Myotherapy Australia have been notified that HBF Approved Providers may be experiencing problems issuing rebates through HICAPS.
Massage & Myotherapy Australia has been advised that the recent changes have resulted in their systems not matching the Hicaps number with the ARHG provider number, resulting in Hicaps payments being rejected.
Massage & Myotherapy Australia has been advised that you DO NOT need to call either Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) or HBF. The system will automatically be resolved within 48 hours. If after the 48hrs has lapsed and you are still experiencing trouble with HBF claims, It is recommended you contact HBF directly.
