New website launching soon
We’re excited to share some big news – a completely new Association website and member portal is on the way, delivering a significant upgrade to your member experience.
This is not a refresh. This is a full transformation.
What’s changing?
Our new website will launch with major enhancements to its layout, navigation and overall design. Every area has been reimagined to create a more intuitive, streamlined and modern experience.
You’ll notice:
- Easier access to key information
- A clearer, simpler member portal
- Improved functionality for updating your details
- Better visibility of compliance requirements
- A platform designed to grow with the profession
The result? A faster, smarter and more user-friendly experience that makes it easier to engage with the Association and manage your membership.
Brief access outage while we move to the new platform
To ensure a secure and accurate transition to the new system, there will be a short period where the website and member portal are unavailable.
Key dates (subject to change):
- Monday 2 February – Thursday 5 February 2026
The Association website and member portal will be temporarily unavailable while data is securely migrated and final system checks are completed. During this time, members and Association staff will not be able to access the website or update information, including CPE, First Aid, Insurance or personal details.
- Friday 6 February 2026
The new Association website goes live and members can log in as normal.
We understand this temporary downtime may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while we complete this essential work. This short interruption allows us to deliver a significantly improved system that will benefit members well into the future.
Designed with members at the centre
This redesign has been guided directly by member feedback, with a strong focus on clarity, simplicity and ease of use. Members have been central to every decision – particularly in how you access key services and interact with the Association.
To support this, we’ve worked closely with specialist third-party providers to deliver a modern, functional platform that better reflects member needs and improves overall usability.
Beyond member benefits, the new website will also serve as a trusted, central information hub for the public – supporting the profession’s growth and strengthening how our Association is represented externally.
We’re genuinely excited about what’s coming and can’t wait for you to experience the new website and member portal.
Thank you for your continued support as we take this important step forward together.
