Description:
The fascial system is increasingly recognised as a key player in how we move, stabilise, and sense our body in space. Far more than just passive tissue, fascia is a richly innervated, dynamic network that coordinates with the nervous system to regulate motor control. In this webinar, we’ll explore the scientific basis for fascia’s role in movement, from mechanoreceptors and myofascial force transmission to altered proprioception in dysfunctional states. We’ll then translate this into practical clinical reasoning—showing how hands-on techniques can influence fascial mechanics and restore normal motor control.
