Kath Tsebelis

Kath is a Physiotherapist, Educator, and Women’s Health professional with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector. As the Peri/Menopause Physiotherapist, Kath specialises in assisting women aged 35 and over to navigate perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with evidence-based strategies. Combining my expertise in Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Hormones, and Peri-and Post-menopause health, I provide practical, science-based solutions that focus on the four pillars of wellbeing: hormone health, movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

She holds qualifications in Hormone health, Nutrition, Yoga, and Pilates and has previously worked as a Senior Cardiothoracic Physiotherapist at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.

Kath has been presenting and educating in the Physiotherapy and Pilates sectors for over 25 years, offering evidence-based strategies that improve strength, vitality, and lifelong health through her unique, fun and engaging approach. She has also specialized in Osteoporosis and Exercise, providing extensive education on Osteoporosis and Osteopenia to General Practitioners and nursing staff nationwide, in partnership with Amgen. Most recently, Kath represented at the Pilates Association Australia (PAA) conference on Perimenopause and Menopause.
