Changes to Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points claiming have been implemented to more accurately reflect the total time that members are spending engaging in further education. This is in line with other health professionals and health industries.

When you claim your CPE points, we are now asking you to also include how many hours it took you to complete the activity. The 2024 CPE Planner will be updated shortly with more information on this change.

It is a simple additional step, when entering your points. See the below example of CPE entry on the Association website with the new CPE hour requirement.

Alternatively, members can email the Association, and provide supporting evidence of completed education, such as certificates, receipts, or letters from education providers.
