Meditation for Therapists

As announced in Chapter 3 of the Wellness Project, Mindful Meditation Teacher and Mindful Self-compassion Teacher Ronna Moore has produced a series of audio guided meditation sessions for members to utilise. This is a fantastic resource that the Association is encouraging everyone to spend several minutes practicing, particularly during these difficult times where many of us are facing stressful situations.

Meditation can assist mindfulness as well and can train attention, awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
